Megan Connolly, MS, RD
Integrative dietitian
Megan Connolly is a registered dietitian with a passion for helping people heal their relationships with food. She first developed an interest in dietetics during college, when she was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and received guidance from a dietitian.
After getting her bachelor’s degree in psychology at UCLA, Megan completed her master’s degree in nutritional sciences at SDSU, and her dietetic internship at UC San Diego Health. Throughout her dietetics career, Megan has developed an expertise in nutrition therapy for eating disorders and has worked with patients in all levels of eating disorder treatment (residential, PHP, IOP, and outpatient).
Her additional interests and specialties include Intuitive Eating, nutrition for mental health, fertility nutrition, and nutrition during pregnancy. She loves helping people in all life stages and circumstances to find food freedom and eat intuitively. Megan is thrilled to support Create Wellbeing patients in optimizing their health by building nourishing, sustainable, and mindful eating practices.
