Calm. Engage. Integrate.

Holly Doolittle, LCSW
INTEGRATIVE PSYCHOTHERAPIST
About Me
I am a licensed therapist in California with over 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples and families overcome challenges such as stress, anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, and grief. My approach to therapy is integrative, recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit. I believe that true healing occurs when we address all aspects of the self, which is why I incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities to suit your unique needs and goals.
In our work together, I will blend evidence-based techniques with an emphasis on spirituality and mindfulness, recognizing how these elements can profoundly enhance your emotional well-being. Whether it’s using cognitive-behavioral strategies, trauma-informed care, or mindful practices, I aim to provide a holistic framework that empowers you to live a more balanced, fulfilling life.
Taking the step to seek therapy takes courage, and I am here to walk with you on this journey. I approach each client with deep respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I’m committed to supporting you in creating meaningful change—whether that’s finding peace amidst stress, healing from past wounds, or building stronger, more fulfilling relationships.

Work Life Harmony
Originally from the Chicago area, I have lived in San Diego over 25 years with my husband of 29 years and our three children. I lead an active lifestyle in which I prioritize my physical, mental and spiritual health through exercise, mindfulness, hiking, biking and spending time in nature, with my dogs, as well as with a faith community. I am always a student, forever growing as an individual.
