How much do sessions cost?
Individual Sessions: $200, Couples & Family Sessions: $250
Do you accept insurance?
We work with PPO plans. We are an out-of-network provider and provide superbills.
Where is your office located? (including parking, and handicap accessibility):
We are conveniently located in Liberty Station in Point Loma. Our address is 2820 Roosevelt Rd. Ste 201. There is ample free parking. Our building is wheelchair
accessible.
Can I work with you virtually if I’m not in San Diego?
Yes. We see individuals, couples and families by video anywhere in California, and in person at our office in Liberty Station, Point Loma.
How long does therapy last?
This depends on your needs and goals. We utilize our unique 3-Stage Model of Care:
Calm. Engage. Integrate.© to guide our work with you. Some come to us to resolve a
specific problem, others are looking to establish and maintain overall wellbeing. We will
create a collaborative plan with you.
